    I’m having difficulty getting rid of an overuse injury in my elbow. This paired with massage, kinesiology tape, and avoiding anything that hurts, I am finally feeling relief. I went a month without relief. Noticed a difference within a week and a half. Now only taping and wearing a tennis elbow brace and not immobilizing my whole arm. Hoping to be back to lifting in a month.
