    No changes yet

    It seems to curb my appetite, but I haven't noticed any weight loss yet. I've been taking 1-2 tabs per day for a couple weeks.

    Results!

    Nothing much has changed in the last month except adding this product. I’m down roughly 4lbs and I attribute the weight loss to this product. In addition, it does act as an appetite suppressant for about 3 to 4 hours after taking. I could potentially be down more, but the scale is not 100% accurate; I’m gaining lean mass as well. Overall, like the product.

    Not too bad so far. Been taking it for a bout 3 weeks and taking half a dose. Here after another week I’ll take the full dose I’ve been easing into it because it upsets my especially since I’m taking other things along with it. I do see that it suppresses my appetite which is great I’ll continuing to take until my next shipment is delivered.
